Sharing
When a user requests provider contact, relevant request information may be shared with an independent provider only for that request and routing purpose.
Policy information
The comparison and renewal builders operate locally in the browser. Initial matching forms should not contain banking details, government IDs, health records or full policy documents.
Retention
Unmatched request records are targeted for deletion or de-identification within 90 days. Active matters, provider/security records and consent/audit records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary.
